First Aid for users und further expert information
The user is supported with a software support and hospital information system. The concise information are linked to other connected texts, figures and tables in the system. The user can brows from one page to the other and find the needed information.
The information system of XHOSPIpro consists of two parts:
- the software support system which offers help for the application of the software
- the expert information system which offers information on products, processes and hospitals
The following figure shows an example of the expert information system.
The user can open the software support page related to every window in the software by clicking right with the mouse.
To choose a product for application in the hospital not only costs and consumption value but also the utility value is helpful. Predefined lists and tables based on the method of utility value analysis are integrated in the support system. The user can apply these tables and edit his own assessment with the relevant criteria and compare products according to his own priorities.
