The position of XHOSPIpro in hospital management

One possible way to take advantage from XHOSPIpro in an efficient manner is the implementation of an XHOSPIpro working group in the hospital. This group should get a responsible chairman, a suitable bud-get and the clear support of the hospital management. The group should work in close tuning with the responsible hospital staff to find and realize optimization and improvement potentials. A core team may consist of three or four persons with different professional background (e.g. administration, technique, hygiene, environment). Mostly it is advantageous to have at least one person, who has a broad view on the reality in the hospital (e.g. hygiene staff or quality management staff). Due to the needs of their work they very often have close contacts to a lot of persons and know at least roughly about what happens in different departments. 

Finally, the realization of the new product handling should be monitored and the employees who put the changes into reality should be informed about the results of their activities. A successful and efficient use of XHOSPIpro needs a clear support of the hospital management for the necessary work.
