Bavarian Working Group "Environmental Protection in Hospitals"
The Bavarian Working Group "Environmental Protection in Hospitals" was found in 1992 and enjoys great interest among the Bavarian hospitals. At the moment about 20% of the Bavarian hospitals participate actively in the working group. The members belong to all occupational groups in hospitals which results in an interdisciplinary dialog beyond hospitals.
The chairmanship of the Working Group is undertaken by the Board of the Institute for Clinical Hygiene of the Clinic of Nuremberg, P.D Dr. H.-M. Just. The deputy chairman is Mrs. Schuon the Environmental Management Agent of the clinical center in Munich, the hospital Munich-Schwabing. The executive management is the responsibility of the Bavarian Hospital Association, which accompanies and supports the working group.
